Hadith #50959
وَعَنْ مُعَاذٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الْغَزْوُ غَزْوَانِ فَأَمَّا مَنِ ابْتَغَى وَجْهَ اللَّهِ وَأَطَاعَ الْإِمَامَ وَأَنْفَقَ الْكَرِيمَةَ وَيَاسَرَ الشَّرِيكَ واجتنبَ الْفساد فَإِن نَومه ونهبه أَجْرٌ كُلُّهُ. وَأَمَّا مَنْ غَزَا فَخْرًا وَرِيَاءً وَسُمْعَةً وَعَصَى الْإِمَامَ وَأَفْسَدَ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَإِنَّهُ لَمْ يَرْجِعْ بِالْكَفَافِ» . رَوَاهُ مَالِكٌ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَالنَّسَائِيّ
On the authority of Muadh, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “An invasion is a conquest, so as for whoever seeks the face of God, obeys the imam, and spends He is pleased with his partner, and avoids corruption, for his sleeping and plundering will bring a full reward. As for whoever invades out of pride, hypocrisy, and reputation, and disobeys the Imam, and corrupts In the land, he did not return with enough food. Narrated by Malik, Abu Dawud and Al-Nasa’i
