وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ أَدْخَلَ فَرَسًا بَيْنَ فَرَسَيْنِ فَإِنْ كَانَ يُؤْمَنُ أَنْ يَسْبِقَ فَلَا خَيْرَ فِيهِ وَإِنْ كَانَ لَا يُؤْمَنُ أَنْ يَسْبِقَ فَلَا بَأْسَ بِهِ» . رَوَاهُ فِي شَرْحِ السُّنَّةِ وَفِي رِوَايَةِ أَبِي دَاوُدَ: قَالَ: «مَنْ أَدْخَلَ فَرَسًا بَيْنَ فَرَسَيْنِ يَعْنِي وَهُوَ لَا يَأْمَنُ أَنْ يَسْبِقَ فَلَيْسَ بِقِمَارٍ وَمَنْ أَدْخَلَ فَرَسًا بَيْنَ فَرَسَيْنِ وَقَدْ أَمِنَ أَنْ يَسْبِقَ فَهُوَ قمار»
On his authority, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever introduces a horse between two horses, if he believes that he will outrun, then there is no good in him, but if he does not “If he believes that he is the first, there is no problem with him.” It was narrated in Sharh al-Sunnah and in the narration of Abu Dawud: He said: “Whoever inserts a horse between two horses This means that he is not confident that he will outrun him, then he is not gambling, and whoever puts a horse between two horses and is confident that he will outrun him, then he is gambling.”
