On the authority of Qatada, on the authority of Al-Numan ibn Muqrin, he said: I waged a campaign with the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and when dawn came he would hold off until the sun rose. Then when it rises, he fights. When the middle of the day, he holds back until the sun has passed. When the sun has passed, he fights until afternoon, then He held off until the afternoon prayer was performed, then he fought. Qatada said: It was said: At that time the winds of victory will arise and the believers will call for their armies in their prayer. Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi
