Hadith #51059
وَعَن أبي أَسِيدٍ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَنَا يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ حِينَ صَفَفَنَا لِقُرَيْشٍ وَصَفُّوا لَنَا: «إِذَا أَكْثَبُوكُمْ فَعَلَيْكُمْ بِالنَّبْلِ» . وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ: «إِذَا أَكْثَبُوكُمْ فَارْمُوهُمْ وَاسْتَبْقُوا نَبْلَكُمْ» . رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ
On the authority of Abu Asid: The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said to us on the Day of Badr, when we lined up for the Quraysh and they lined up for us: “If they defeat you, it is your responsibility.” “With nobility.” And in a narration: “If they attack you, throw them away and spare your nobility.” Narrated by Al-Bukhari
