Hadith #51155
On the authority of Anas: The Quraysh reconciled with the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and they stipulated that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, was that whoever of you came to us, we would not return him to you. And whoever of us came to you, you returned him to us and said: O Messenger of God, shall we write this? He said: “Yes, it is some of our gold.” To them, so God sent him away, and for whomever of them comes to us, God will provide for him relief and a way out.” Narrated by Muslim
