Hadith #51156
وَعَن عَائِشَة قَالَتْ فِي بَيْعَةِ النِّسَاءِ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَمْتَحِنُهُنَّ بِهَذِهِ الْآيَة: (يَا أيُّها النبيُّ صلى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسلم إِذا جاءكَ المؤمناتُ يبايِعنَكَ)
فَمَنْ أَقَرَّتْ بِهَذَا الشَّرْطِ مِنْهُنَّ قَالَ لَهَا: «قَدْ بَايَعْتُكِ» كَلَامًا يُكَلِّمُهَا بِهِ وَاللَّهِ مَا مَسَّتْ يَدُهُ يَدَ امْرَأَةٍ قَطُّ فِي الْمُبَايَعَةِ
On the authority of Aisha, she said regarding the women’s pledge of allegiance: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, used to test them with this verse: (O Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, when he comes to you Believing women pledge allegiance to you.) Whoever among them acknowledged this condition said to her: “I have pledged allegiance to you,” words he would speak to her, by God. His hand never touched a woman’s hand when pledging allegiance.
