Hadith #51158
وَعَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ عَنْ عِدَّةٍ مِنْ أَبْنَاءِ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ آبَائِهِمْ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «أَلَا مَنْ ظَلَمَ مُعَاهِدًا أَوِ انْتَقَصَهُ أَوْ كَلَّفَهُ فَوْقَ طَاقَتِهِ أَوْ أَخَذَ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا بِغَيْرِ طِيبِ نَفْسٍ فَأَنَا حَجِيجُهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ
On the authority of Safwan bin Sulaym, on the authority of several of the sons of the Companions of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, on the authority of their fathers, on the authority of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace And he said: “Whoever oppresses a covenanter, or belittles him, or burdens him beyond what he can bear, or takes something from him without his own good will, then I am His argument on the Day of Resurrection.” Narrated by Abu Dawood
