On the authority of Al-Hasan, on the authority of Samurah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The boy is pledged for his aqeeqah, which will be slaughtered for him on the seventh day, and he will be named and shaved.” His head. It was narrated by Ahmad, Al-Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud, and Al-Nasa’i, but in their narration it says “hostage” instead of “mortgaged,” and in their narration According to Ahmad and Abu Dawud: “and he is called” instead of: “and he is called.” Abu Dawud said: “and he is called” is more correct.
