عَن أُمِّ كُرْزٍ قَالَتْ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «أَقِرُّوا الطَّيْرَ عَلَى مَكِنَاتِهَا» . قَالَتْ: وَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ: «عَنِ الْغُلَامِ شَاتَانِ وَعَنِ الْجَارِيَةِ شَاةٌ وَلَا يَضُرُّكُمْ ذُكْرَانًا كُنَّ أَوْ إِنَاثًا» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد وللترمذي وَالنَّسَائِيّ من قَوْله: يَقُول: «عَن الْغُلَام» إِلَّا آخِره وَقَالَ التِّرْمِذِيّ: هَذَا صَحِيح
On the authority of Umm Karaz, she said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: “Put the birds on their perches.” She said: And I heard him say: “Two sheep for the boy and two sheep for the girl, and it does not harm you, whether male or female.” It was narrated by Abu Dawud, by Al-Tirmidhi and Al-Nasa’i, who said: He says: “On the authority of the boy” except the last one. Al-Tirmidhi said: This is authentic.
