وَعَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ أَيْمَنَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: دَخَلَتْ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ وَعَلَيْهَا دِرْعٌ قِطْرِيٌّ ثَمَنُ خَمْسَةِ دَرَاهِمَ فَقَالَتْ: ارْفَعْ بَصَرَكَ إِلَى جَارِيَتِي انْظُرْ إِلَيْهَا فَإِنَّهَا تُزْهَى أَنْ تَلْبَسَهُ فِي البيتِ وَقد كَانَ لِي مِنْهَا دِرْعٌ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَمَا كَانَتِ امْرَأَةٌ تُقَيَّنُ بِالْمَدِينَةِ إِلَّا أَرْسَلَتْ إِلَيَّ تَسْتَعِيرُهُ. رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ
On the authority of Abd al-Wahid ibn Ayman, on the authority of his father, he said: I entered upon Aisha, wearing a Qatari shield worth five dirhams, and she said: Raise your gaze. To my maid, look at her. She likes to wear it at home, and I had a piece of armor from her at the time of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. And he delivered it, and there was not a woman living in the city who did not send to me to borrow it. Narrated by Al-Bukhari
