Hadith #51641
وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «مَا أُبَالِي مَا أَتَيْتُ إِنْ أَنَا شَرِبْتُ تِرْيَاقًا أَوْ تَعَلَّقْتُ تَمِيمَةً أَوْ قُلْتُ الشِّعْرَ مِنْ قِبَلِ نَفْسِي» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
On the authority of Abdullah bin Omar, he said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: “I do not care what I come to, whether I drink the antidote or become attached to it.” As an amulet, or I recited the poetry myself.” Narrated by Abu Dawood
