Hadith #51660
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «لَا طِيَرَةَ وَخَيْرُهَا الْفَأْلُ» قَالُوا: وَمَا الْفَأْلُ؟ قَالَ: «الْكَلِمَةُ الصَّالِحَة يسْمعهَا أحدكُم»
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, saying: “There is no bird, the best of which is the omen.” They said: What is the omen? He said: “A good word will be heard by one of you.”
