وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " تُعْرَضُ الْفِتَنُ عَلَى الْقُلُوبِ كَالْحَصِيرِ عُودًا عُودًا فَأَيُّ قَلْبٍ أُشْرِبَهَا نَكَتَتْ فِيهِ نُكْتَةً سَوْدَاءَ وَأَيُّ قَلْبٍ أَنْكَرَهَا نُكِتَتْ فيهِ نُكْتَةٌ بَيْضَاءُ حَتَّى يَصِيرَ عَلَى قَلْبَيْنِ: أَبْيَضُ بِمثل الصَّفَا فَلَا تَضُرُّهُ فِتْنَةٌ مَا دَامَتِ السَّمَاوَاتُ وَالْأَرْضُ وَالْآخَرُ أَسْوَدُ مِرْبَادًّا كَالْكُوزِ مُجْخِيًّا لَا يَعْرِفُ مَعْرُوفًا وَلَا يُنْكِرُ مُنْكَرًا إِلَّا مَا أشْرب من هَوَاهُ " رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On his authority, he said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: “Trials spread over hearts like mats, stick by stick, so what heart can I drink from them?” A black spot was inflicted on him, and any heart that denies it, a white spot was inflicted on him until he became two hearts: white with the likeness of Safa, so there is no A temptation will harm him as long as the heavens and the earth last, and the last is black and dusty like a cup, swollen. He does not know what is right, nor does he deny what is wrong, except what he drinks from. Hawa.” Narrated by Muslim
