Hadith #52018

عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ: إِنِّي كُنْتُ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذْ جَاءَ قومٌ منْ بَني تميمٍ فَقَالَ: «اقْبَلُوا الْبُشْرَى يَا بَنِي تَمِيمٍ» قَالُوا: بَشَّرْتَنَا فَأَعْطِنَا فَدَخَلَ نَاسٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ فَقَالَ: «اقْبَلُوا الْبُشْرَى يَا أَهْلَ الْيَمَنِ إِذْ لَمْ يَقْبَلْهَا بَنُو تَمِيمٍ» . قَالُوا: قَبِلْنَا جِئْنَاكَ لِنَتَفَقَّهَ فِي الدِّينِ وَلِنَسْأَلَكَ عَنْ أَوَّلِ هَذَا الْأَمْرِ مَا كَانَ؟ قَالَ: «كَانَ اللَّهُ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ شَيْءٌ قَبْلَهُ وَكَانَ عَرْشُهُ عَلَى الْمَاءِ ثُمَّ خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَكَتَبَ فِي الذِّكْرِ كلَّ شيءٍ» ثُمَّ أَتَانِي رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ: يَا عِمْرَانُ أَدْرِكْ ناقتَكَ فقدْ ذهبتْ فانطلقتُ أطلبُها وايمُ اللَّهِ لَوَدِدْتُ أَنَّهَا قَدْ ذَهَبَتْ وَلَمْ أَقُمْ. رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ

On the authority of Imran bin Husayn, he said: I was with the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, when a people from Banu Tamim came and he said: “Accept the good news, my sons.” Tamim.” They said: “You gave us good tidings, so give us.” Some people from the people of Yemen entered and he said: “Accept the good news, O people of Yemen, since he did not accept it.” Banu Tamim. They said: We have come to you to agree on religion and to ask you about the beginning of this matter. What was it? He said: “There was God, and nothing was before Him, and His throne was upon the water. Then He created the heavens and the earth, and wrote in the Remembrance all things.” Then a man came to me. He said: O Imran Find your camel, she has gone, so I went looking for her, and by God, I wish she had gone and I had not gotten up. Narrated by Al-Bukhari
