Hadith #52055
وَعَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ قَالَ: قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَيُّ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ كَانَ أَوَّلَ؟ قَالَ: «آدَمُ» . قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَنَبِيٌّ كَانَ؟ قَالَ: «نَعَمْ نَبِيٌّ مُكَلَّمٌ» . قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ كم المُرْسَلُونَ؟ قَالَ: «ثَلَاثمِائَة وبضع عشر جماً غفيراً»
وَفِي رِوَايَة عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ أَبُو ذَرٍّ: قَلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ كَمْ وَفَاءُ عِدَّةِ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ؟ قَالَ: «مِائَةُ أَلْفٍ وَأَرْبَعَةٌ وَعِشْرُونَ أَلْفًا الرُّسُلُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ ثَلَاثُمِائَةٍ وَخَمْسَةَ عَشَرَ جَمًّا غَفِيرًا»
On the authority of Abu Dharr, he said: I said: O Messenger of God, which of the prophets was first? He said: “Adam.” I said: O Messenger of God, was he a prophet? He said: “Yes, a prophet who will speak.” I said: O Messenger of God, how many messengers are there? He said: “Three hundred and fifteen large numbers.” And in a narration on the authority of Abu Umamah, Abu Dharr said: I said, “O Messenger of God, how many prophets have been fulfilled? He said: “One hundred thousand and twenty-four thousand apostles, of that number, three hundred and fifteen, a great multitude.”
