وَعَنِ اِبْنِ عُمَرَ -رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا-, عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ: { مَنِ اِبْتَاعَ نَخْلًا بَعْدَ أَنْ تُؤَبَّرَ, فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِلْبَائِعِ اَلَّذِي بَاعَهَا, إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ اَلْمُبْتَاعُ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه البخاري ( 2379 )، ومسلم ( 1543 ) ( 80 ) وزادا: ومن ابتاع عبدا وله مال فماله للذي باعه إلا أن يشترط المبتاع والتأبير: هو التشقيق والتلقيح.
Ibn Umar said, "Whoever buys a date palm tree after pollinating, then his fruit is for the seller, if the buyer has sold it, unless the buyer conditions it." 1.1 Agree - Sahih. Narrated Al-Bukhari (2379) and Muslim (1543) (80) and they added: and the person who buys a slave and has money to him, it means the person he sells it. In addition, the terms of purchase and derivation are the conditions: clefting and pollination
