Hadith #52732
وَعَنِ اِبْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-{ صَلَاةُ اَلْخَوْفِ رَكْعَةٌ عَلَى أَيِّ وَجْهٍ كَانَ } رَوَاهُ اَلْبَزَّارُ بِإِسْنَادٍ ضَعِيفٍ 1‏ .‏‏1 ‏- منكر.‏ رواه البزار (678 كشف)‏ وعنده زيادة: "الرجل تجزئ عنه" وعنده أيضا "صلاة المسابقة" مكان "صلاة الخوف".‏
There is an Idraj in its last part. So the narration is weak whether Marfu' [reaching back to the Prophet (ﷺ)] or Mawquf (saying of a Companion). And it's meaning is to put (one's) hands on his waist. This Hadith is more authentic than the Hadith narrated by Wa'il bin Hujr (RA).
