Hadith #53198
وَعَنْ عُمَرَ - رضى الله عنه - - { فِي اِمْرَأَةِ اَلْمَفْقُودِ- تَرَبَّصُ أَرْبَعَ سِنِينَ, ثُمَّ تَعْتَدُّ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَعَشْرًا } . أَخْرَجَهُ مَالِكٌ, وَالشَّافِعِيُّ 1 .1 - ضعيف. رواه مالك في "الموطأ" (2 /575 /52)، من طريق سعيد بن المسيب، عن عمر، به وهو منقطع.
Under the authority of Omar - Allah is pleased with him - { concerning the woman of a missing man - he waited four years, then he observed Iddat for four months and ten days. Narrated by the owner, Al-Shafi'i 1.1 - weak. It is narrated by the owner "Al-Muwatta" (2/575/52), from Saeed bin Al-Musayyab, under the authority of Omar, and it has been obstructed.
