Hadith #53197
According to Ruwaifa bin Thabit, Allah may be pleased with him - according to the authority of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and grant him peace - He said: "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day is not permissible for him to irrigate other people's plants with his water." David (2158), Al-Tirmidhi (1131), and Ibn Hibban (4830). Al-Tirmidhi said: "It is a good hadith.
