Hadith #53229
وَعَنْ اَلْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبِ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا; { أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-قَضَى فِي اِبْنَةِ حَمْزَةَ لِخَالَتِهَا, وَقَالَ: اَلْخَالَةُ بِمَنْزِلَةِ اَلْأُمِّ.‏ } أَخْرَجَهُ اَلْبُخَارِيُّ 1‏ .‏‏1 ‏- صحيح.‏ وهو قطعة من حديث رواه البخاري (2699)‏.‏
On the authority of Al-Baraa bin Aazib, may God be pleased with them both; {The Prophet - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - made a ruling regarding Hamzah’s daughter for her paternal aunt, and he said: The maternal aunt is in the same position as the mother.} Narrated by Al-Bukhari 1 1 - Sahih. It is a fragment of a hadith narrated by Al-Bukhari (2699).
