On the authority of Buraydah (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “There are three types of judges: two in Hell and one in Paradise. A man who knew the truth and judged accordingly is in Paradise. A man who knew the truth but did not judge accordingly and was unjust in his judgment is in Hell. And a man who did not know the truth and judged for the people out of ignorance is in Hell.” It was narrated by the four [Imams], and authenticated by al-Hakim. 1.1 - Sahih. It was narrated by Abu Dawud (3573), al-Nasa'i in al-Kubra (3/461-462), al-Tirmidhi (1322), and al-Hakim (4/90) through the chain of transmission of Abdullah ibn Buraydah, on the authority of his father, with it.

On the authority of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Whoever assumes the position of judge has been slaughtered without a knife.” It was narrated by the five [Imams of Hadith] and authenticated by Ibn Khuzaymah and Ibn Hibban. [1 - This is how it appears in the original two manuscripts. The scribe of manuscript “A” indicated in the margin a version: “Ahmad and the four [Imams of Hadith].”] [2 - Authentic. The wording is from Muslim, and in Al-Bukhari it is: “Do not pass judgment,” and the rest is the same.

On the authority of Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her), she said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “You bring your disputes to me, and perhaps some of you are more eloquent in presenting your arguments than others. So I judge in favor of one according to what I hear from him. Whoever I award something that belongs to his brother, I am only awarding him a piece of Hellfire.” Agreed upon. 1.1 - Sahih.
On the authority of Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him), on the authority of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), that he considered false testimony to be among the greatest of sins. This is agreed upon in a hadith. 1 - In manuscript "A" it reads: "from". 2 - Authentic. Narrated by al-Bukhari (2654) and Muslim (87), and its wording is: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Shall I not inform you of the greatest of sins? (He said it three times) Associating partners with Allah, disobeying parents, and bearing false witness (or uttering falsehood)." The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was reclining, then he sat up. He kept repeating it until we said: We wish he would stop. The context is from Muslim.

He said: “Bear witness to something like it, or leave it.”} It was narrated by Ibn Adi with a weak chain of transmission, and Al-Hakim authenticated it, but he was mistaken. 1.1 - Al-Kamil by Ibn Adi (6/2213), and at best it is very weak as mentioned previously (1389).

On the authority of Abu Musa al-Ash'ari (may God be pleased with him), two men disputed before the Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him) over an animal, neither of them having proof. The Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him) ruled that it should be divided equally between them. This was narrated by Ahmad, Abu Dawud, and al-Nasa'i, and this is his wording. He said: Its chain of narration is good. (1) The phrase "the Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him)" is missing from manuscript "A". (2) His statement: “The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace” from “A”. 3 - Weak. It was narrated by Ahmad (4/402), Abu Dawud (3613-3615), and Al-Nasa’i in “Al-Kubra” (3/487). On the authority of Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him), the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Whoever swears a false oath on this pulpit of mine will have his place in Hellfire.” This was narrated by Ahmad, Abu Dawud, and An-Nasa’i, and authenticated by Ibn Hibban.1 It is authentic. It was narrated by Ahmad (3/344), Abu Dawud (3246), An-Nasa’i in “Al-Kubra” (3/491), and Ibn Hibban (1192) through the chain of transmission of Hashim ibn Hashim, on the authority of Abdullah ibn Nastas, on the authority of Jabir. The wording is as follows: Narrated by al-Nasa'i and Ibn Hibban, and Abu Dawud added: "Even if it is on a green miswak," after the word "sinful," and at the end, with doubt: "Or he deserves Hellfire." I say: This chain of narration is weak, for Ibn Nastas, although al-Nasa'i considered him trustworthy, al-Dhahabi said in "al-Mizan" (2/515): "He is unknown. Hashim ibn Hashim is the only one who narrated from him." However, the hadith has a sound supporting narration from Abu Hurayrah.

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When one of you puts on his shoes, he should start from the right side, and when he takes them off, he should start from the left side, so that when putting them on, the right foot is the first of the two feet and when taking them off, it is the last.
On the authority of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: “The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) cursed the one who bribes and the one who accepts a bribe in judgment.” This was narrated by the five compilers of Hadith, and At-Tirmidhi graded it as good (hasan), and Ibn Hibban graded it as authentic (sahih).1 This version is weak with this wording. It was narrated by At-Tirmidhi (1336), Ahmad (2/387-388), and Ibn Hibban (1196) through the chain of transmission of Umar ibn Abi Salamah, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Abu Hurayrah. At-Tirmidhi said: “The hadith of Abu Hurayrah is a good and authentic hadith. This hadith was also narrated by Abu Salamah ibn Abdur-Rahman, on the authority of Abdullah ibn Amr, on the authority of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).” Peace and blessings be upon him. It was narrated on the authority of Abu Salamah, on the authority of his father, on the authority of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, but it is not authentic. He said: I heard Abdullah ibn Abdur-Rahman—that is, Ad-Darimi—say: “The hadith of Abu Salamah, on the authority of Abdullah ibn Amr, on the authority of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, is the best and most authentic hadith on this topic.” I said: The reason for its weakness is Umar ibn Abi Salamah, as he is criticized for his memory, firstly. Secondly, the scholar, may God have mercy on him, erred in attributing it, as it was not narrated by any of the compilers of the Sunan except At-Tirmidhi. As for the hadith of Ibn Amr, it follows.
