أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَنَافِعٍ، أَخْبَرَاهُ عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنْ كِرَاءِ الأَرْضِ. رَوَاهُ ابْنُ عُمَرَ عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ. وَاخْتُلِفَ عَلَى عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ.
Humayd ibn Masada informed us, on the authority of Abd al-Wahhab. He said, Hisham narrated to us, on the authority of Muhammad, and Nafi’, they informed him on the authority of Rafi’ ibn Khadij, that The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade leasing land. It was narrated by Ibn Omar on the authority of Rafi’ Ibn Khadij. There was disagreement over Amr Ibn Dinar.
