Sunan an-Nasa'i — Hadith #24335
Hadith #24335
Has told us ['Amru bin Zurarah] has told us [Isma'il] from [Ayyub] from [Muhammad], he said; "I don't know that [Syuraih] decides regarding someone who commits mudharabah except with two decisions, one time he said to the person doing the mudharabah; "Give me your proof of the misfortune for which you are excused", or another time he said to the owner of the property; "Give your proof that your trusted person is a traitor, otherwise he will swear in the name of Allah that he has not betrayed you
