Hadith #36772
قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «لا طلاق إلا بعد الدخول، ولا عتق إلا بعد إثبات ملكيتها». قال الحاكم: صحيح، وفي سنده ضعف. [1182]
He said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: There is no divorce except after the marriage is consummated, and there is no emancipation of slaves except after the ownership of slaves is established. - Hakim said: Sahih, there is some weakness in its chain of transmission. [1182]
