Hadith #37863
قال: «طعام أول يوم من وليمة العرس حلال، وطعام ثاني يوم من وليمة العرس سنة، وطعام ثالث يوم من وليمة العرس تباهياً. ومن فعل شيئاً ينشر اسمه، فضحه الله للناس يوم القيامة وأذله». - وصف الترمذي هذا الحديث بالفقير؛ ورويه مشابه للحديث الصحيح. [1141]
He said, "The food of the first day of the wedding feast is lawful, the food of the second day of the wedding feast is Sunnah, and the food of the third day of the wedding feast is to show off one's own pride. And whoever does something to spread his name, Allah will expose him to the people on the Day of Resurrection and humiliate him." - Tirmidhi called this hadith poor; its narrator is similar to the sahih hadith. [1141]
