Hadith #37893
وَعَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصِينٍ - رضي الله عنه -، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً مِنْ جُهَيْنَةَ أَتَتْ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - وَهِيَ حُبْلَى مِنَ الزِّنَا- فَقَالَتْ: يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ! أَصَبْتُ حَدًّا، فَأَقِمْهُ عَلَيَّ، فَدَعَا نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - وَلِيَّهَا. فَقَالَ: «أَحْسِنْ إِلَيْهَا فَإِذَا وَضَعَتْ فَائْتِنِي بِهَا» فَفَعَلَ، فَأَمَرَ بِهَا فَشُكَّتْ عَلَيْهَا ثِيَابُهَا، ثُمَّ أَمَرَ بِهَا فَرُجِمَتْ، ثُمَّ صَلَّى عَلَيْهَا، فَقَالَ عُمَرُ: أَتُصَلِّي عَلَيْهَا يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ، وَقَدْ زَنَتْ? فَقَالَ: «لَقَدْ تَابَتْ تَوْبَةً لَوْ قُسِّمَتْ بَيْنَ سَبْعِينَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ لَوَسِعَتْهُمْ، وَهَلْ وَجَدَتْ أَفَضَلَ مِنْ أَنْ جَادَتْ بِنَفْسِهَا لِلَّهِ» ? رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ
And about Imran, the son of Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him), that a woman from Juhaynah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) came to the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) and she said: "O Prophet of Allah! I was hardened, and he raised it up for me, and he called the Prophet (peace be upon him) to her. He said, ‘Is it good for her, and when she puts me in her,’ he did, and he ordered her, and she doubted her, and then he ordered her to throw her away, and he ordered her to be a swing, and then he prayed for her, and he prayed for her, and he prayed for her? He said, ‘It has been repented if it is divided between seventy of the people of the city, and whether it has found it better than it is to find itself for God.’ Narrated by a Muslim
