Hadith #37908
أشار بأصابعه نحو أذنيه وقال: سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول: «الحلال مبين والحرام مبين، وبينهما شكوك كثيرة لا يعلمها كثيرون، فمن اجتنبها حفظ دينه وعرضه، ومثل من يجرؤ على الشكوك كمثل راعٍ يرعى غنمه حول مرعى الملك يخشى أن تدخله. اعلم أن لكل ملك حرمة، فاعلم أن حرمته في أرض الله هي محرماته. اعلم أن في الجسد لحمة إذا صلحت صلح الجسد كله، وإذا فسدت فسد الجسد كله، فاعلم أن تلك اللحمة هي القلب». [1579]
He pointed his fingers towards his ears and said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: “The lawful is clear and the unlawful is clear. And between them are many doubtful matters that many do not know. Whoever avoids those doubtful matters will protect his religion and honor. And the example of the one who indulges in doubtful matters is like a shepherd who grazes his animals around the king’s pasture, fearing that they will enter it. Know that every king has a reserved area. Know that his reserved area on the earth of Allah is his forbidden deeds. Know that there is a piece of flesh in the body, when it becomes good, the whole body becomes good, and when it becomes bad, the whole body becomes bad. Know that that piece of flesh is the heart.
