Hadith #45014
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنِي سُرَيْجُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا مَحْبُوبُ بْنُ مُحْرِزٍ، بَيَّاعُ الْقَوَارِيرِ كُوفِيٌّ ثِقَةٌ كَذَا قَالَ سُرَيْجٌ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ فَرُّوخَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ صَلَّيْتُ خَلْفَ عُثْمَانَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ الْعِيدَ فَكَبَّرَ سَبْعًا وَخَمْسًا.
Abdullah told us, Suraij bin Yunus told me, Mahboub bin Mahrez told us, the bottle seller, a trustworthy Kufi. This is what Suraij said on the authority of Ibrahim. Ibn Abdullah, meaning Ibn Farroukh, on the authority of his father, who said: I prayed behind Othman, may God be pleased with him, during the Eid, so he said the takbir seven and five times.
