Hadith #45047
حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ هُبَيْرَةَ السَّبَئِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زُرَيْرٍ الْغَافِقِيِّ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا وَلَا عَلَى خَالَتِهَا.
Hassan bin Musa told us, Ibn Lahi’ah told us, Abdullah bin Hubayra al-Saba’i told us, on the authority of Abdullah bin Zurayr al-Ghafiqi, on the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him, said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: A woman should not be married to her paternal aunt or to her maternal aunt.
