Hadith #45101
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُدْرِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي زُرْعَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ نُجَيٍّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا تَدْخُلُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ بَيْتًا فِيهِ جُنُبٌ وَلَا صُورَةٌ وَلَا كَلْبٌ.
Yahya told us, on the authority of Shu’bah, Ali bin Mudrak told me, on the authority of Abu Zur’ah, on the authority of Ibn Naji, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him. On the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, the angels do not enter a house in which there is a tree, a picture, or a dog.
