Hadith #45286
Qutayba bin Saeed told us, Laith bin Saad told us, on the authority of Ibn al-Hadi, on the authority of Abdullah bin Abi Salamah, on the authority of Amr bin Sulaym al-Zarqi, On the authority of his mother, she said: While we were in Mina, Ali bin Abi Talib, may God be pleased with him, was sitting on a camel, and he was saying that the Messenger of God May God’s prayers and peace be upon him, he said, “These are days of food and drink, so no one should fast,” so the people followed.
