حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الشَّعْثَاءِ، عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَامِرَ بْنَ وَاثِلَةَ، قَالَ قِيلَ لِعَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَخْبِرْنَا بِشَيْءٍ، أَسَرَّ إِلَيْكَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ مَا أَسَرَّ إِلَيَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شَيْئًا وَكَتَمَهُ النَّاسَ وَلَكِنَّهُ سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ لَعَنَ اللَّهُ مَنْ سَبَّ وَالِدَيْهِ وَلَعَنَ اللَّهُ مَنْ غَيَّرَ تُخُومَ الْأَرْضِ وَلَعَنَ اللَّهُ مَنْ آوَى مُحْدِثًا.
Abdullah told us, Abu Al-Sha’a’ told me, Ali bin Al-Hasan bin Sulayman told us, Sulayman bin Hayyan told us, on the authority of Mansour bin Hayyan, he said I heard Amer ibn Wathilah say, It was said to Ali ibn Abi Talib, may God be pleased with him, Tell us something. The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, confided it to you. May God bless him and grant him peace. He said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, did not confide anything to me and the people hid it, but I heard him say, May God curse whoever curses. And his parents, and may God curse whoever changes the borders of the earth, and may God curse whoever shelters an innovator.
