حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْبَاهِلِيُّ، مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ يَعْنِي الثَّقَفِيَّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ، وَابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعَثَ مَعَهُ بِهَدْيِهِ فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ بِلُحُومِهَا وَجُلُودِهَا وَأَجِلَّتِهَا.
Abdullah told us, Abu Bakr Al-Bahili told me, Muhammad bin Amr bin Al-Abbas told us, Abdul Wahhab, meaning Al-Thaqafi, told us, Ayoub told us, On the authority of Abdul Karim, and Ibn Abi Najih, on the authority of Mujahid, on the authority of Abdul Rahman bin Abi Laila, on the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him, that The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, sent him a gift and ordered him to give its meat, skins, and cereals in charity.
