حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي أَنَّ عَلِيًّا، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ لِلْمِقْدَادِ سَلْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الرَّجُلِ يَدْنُو مِنْ الْمَرْأَةِ فَيُمْذِي فَإِنِّي أَسْتَحْيِي مِنْهُ لِأَنَّ ابْنَتَهُ عِنْدِي فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَغْسِلُ ذَكَرَهُ وَأُنْثَيَيْهِ وَيَتَوَضَّأُ.
Yahya bin Saeed told us, on the authority of Hisham, my father told me that Ali, may God be pleased with him, said to Al-Miqdad: Ask the Messenger of God, may God bless him. He greeted the man who approaches the woman and continues, and I am ashamed of him because his daughter is with me. The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: He washed his penis and his two females and performed ablution.
