حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدْ عَفَوْتُ لَكُمْ عَنْ صَدَقَةِ الْخَيْلِ وَالرَّقِيقِ وَلَكِنْ هَاتُوا رُبُعَ الْعُشُورِ مِنْ كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ دِرْهَمًا دِرْهَمًا.
Waki` told us, on the authority of Sufyan, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of al-Harith, on the authority of Ali, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “I have pardoned you.” Zakat on horses and slaves, but give a quarter of a tithe from every forty dirhams, a dirham.
