حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مِسْعَرٌ، عَنْ أَبِي عَوْنٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ الْحَنَفِيِّ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ قِيلَ لِعَلِيٍّ وَلِأَبِي بَكْرٍ يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ مَعَ أَحَدِكُمَا جِبْرِيلُ وَمَعَ الْآخَرِ مِيكَائِيلُ وَإِسْرَافِيلُ مَلَكٌ عَظِيمٌ يَشْهَدُ الْقِتَالَ أَوْ قَالَ يَشْهَدُ الصَّفَّ.
Abu Nu’aym told us, Mas’ar told us, on the authority of Abu Aoun, on the authority of Abu Salih al-Hanafi, on the authority of Ali, it was said about Ali and Abu Bakr on the day of Badr. With one of you is Gabriel, and with the other is Michael and Israfil, a great king who witnesses the battle, or he said, he witnesses the battle.
