Hadith #45737
Abdullah narrated to us, Nasr bin Ali narrated to me, Abdullah bin Dawud narrated to us, on the authority of Nu’aym bin Hakim, on the authority of Abu Maryam, on the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him. On his authority, he said: There were idols on the Kaaba, so I went to carry the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, to them, but I was not able to do so, so he carried me. So I started to cut it off, and if I had wanted to, I could have reached heaven.
