حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرٌ أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَيَّةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَوَضَّأَ ثَلَاثًا ثَلَاثًا.
Abdullah told us, Zuhair Abu Khaythamah told me, Abdul Rahman told us, on the authority of Sufyan, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Abu Hayya, on the authority of Ali, May God be pleased with him. The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, performed ablution three times.
