وَعَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «كُلُّ عَيْنٍ زَانِيَةٌ وَإِنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ إِذَا اسْتَعْطَرَتْ فَمَرَّتْ بِالْمَجْلِسِ فَهِيَ كَذَا وَكَذَا» . يَعْنِي زَانِيَةً. رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَلِأَبِي دَاوُد وَالنَّسَائِيّ نَحوه
On the authority of Abu Musa, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Every eye is an adulteress, and if a woman puts on perfume and passes by an assembly, she is Such and such.” It means an adulteress. It was narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, by Abu Dawud, and Al-Nasa’i similarly.
