Hadith #48281
On the authority of Ubayy bin Ka’b, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, led us in prayer one day in the morning, and when he said the salutation, he said: “Is so-and-so witnessing?” They said: No. He said: “Is so-and-so watching?” They said: No. He said: “Indeed, these two prayers are the most burdensome of the prayers for the hypocrites, and if you knew what is in them, you would have performed them.” Even if they crawled on the knees, and the first row is like the row of angels, and if you knew what its virtue is, you would hasten to it, and the prayer of one man by another is purer than his prayer. Only his prayer with two men is purer than his prayer with another man, and the more he prays, the more beloved he is to God.” Narrated by Abu Dawood And Al-Nasa’i
