وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسلم: «الْجِهَادُ وَاجِبٌ عَلَيْكُمْ مَعَ كُلِّ أَمِيرٍ بَرًّا كَانَ أَوْ فَاجِرًا وَإِنْ عَمِلَ الْكَبَائِرَ. وَالصَّلَاةٌ وَاجِبَةٌ عَلَيْكُمْ خَلْفَ كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ بَرًّا كَانَ أَوْ فَاجِرًا وَإِنْ عَمِلَ الْكَبَائِرَ. وَالصَّلَاةٌ وَاجِبَةٌ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ بَرًّا كَانَ أَوْ فَاجِرًا وَإِنْ عَمِلَ الْكَبَائِرَ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Jihad is obligatory for you with every prince, whether righteous or immoral, even if he commits major sins.” Prayer is obligatory for you behind every Muslim, whether righteous or immoral, even if he commits major sins. Prayer is obligatory for everyone A Muslim, whether righteous or immoral, even if he commits major sins.” Narrated by Abu Dawood
