Hadith #48441
وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " ثَلَاثَةٌ يَضْحَكُ اللَّهُ إِلَيْهِمْ الرَّجُلُ إِذَا قَامَ بِاللَّيْلِ يُصَلِّي وَالْقَوْمُ إِذَا صَفُّوا فِي الصَّلَاةِ وَالْقَوْمُ إِذَا صَفُّوا فِي قِتَالِ الْعَدُوِّ. رَوَاهُ فِي شَرْحِ السّنة
On the authority of Abu Saeed Al-Khudri, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “There are three at which God laughs: the man when he stands up at night to pray.” And the people when they line up in prayer and the people when they line up in fighting the enemy. He narrated it in Sharh al-Sunnah
