Hadith #48638
وَعَن بُرَيْدَة قَالَ: كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَخْرُجُ يَوْمَ الْفِطْرِ حَتَّى يَطْعَمَ وَلَا يَطْعَمُ يَوْمَ الْأَضْحَى حَتَّى يُصَلِّيَ. رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَابْن مَاجَه والدارمي
On the authority of Buraidah, he said: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, would not go out on the Day of Eid al-Fitr until he had eaten food, and he would not go out on the Day of Eid al-Adha until he had prayed. Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah, and Al-Darimi
