Hadith #48688
On the authority of Ubayy bin Ka’b, who said: The sun eclipsed during the time of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and he led them in prayer, reciting a long surah and bowing five rak’ahs. He prostrated two prostrations, then he stood up for the second time and recited a long surah, then he bowed five rak’ahs and prostrated two prostrations, then he sat as he did. He is facing the Qiblah, praying until its eclipse has cleared. Narrated by Abu Dawood
