Hadith #48734
On the authority of Abdullah bin Masoud, he said: I entered upon the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, while he was unwell, so I touched him with my hand and said: O Messenger of God, you are unwell. Very sick. The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Yes, I am feeling weak as two men among you are.” He said: So I said: Is that because you have two rewards? He said: “Yes.” Then he said: “There is no Muslim who is afflicted with harm, whether sickness or anything else, but God Almighty removes from him his sins just as a tree sheds its leaves.”
