Hadith #48783
وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَعُودُ مَرِيضًا إِلَّا بَعْدَ ثَلَاثٍ. رَوَاهُ ابْنُ مَاجَهْ وَالْبَيْهَقِيُّ فِي شُعَبِ الْإِيمَانِ
On the authority of Anas, he said: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, would not return sick except after three days. Narrated by Ibn Majah and Al-Bayhaqi in Shu’ab Al-Iman
