عَن حَفْصَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ لَمْ يَجْمَعِ الصِّيَامَ قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ فَلَا صِيَامَ لَهُ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَالنَّسَائِيُّ وَالدَّارِمَيُّ وَقَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد: وَقفه على حَفْصَة معمر والزبيدي وَابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ وَيُونُسُ الَأَيْلِيُّ كُلُّهُمْ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
On the authority of Hafsa, may God be pleased with her, she said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Whoever does not complete the fast before dawn, there is no fast for him.” It was narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud, Al-Nasa’i, and Al-Darimi, and Abu Dawud said: It is based on Hafsa, Muammar, Al-Zubaidi, Ibn Uyaynah, and Yunus. Al-Ayili are all on the authority of Al-Zuhri
