Hadith #49218
On the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Ibn Umar, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, he said: “Whoever dies and is obligated to fast the month of Ramadan, let food be provided for him on his behalf every day.” Poor man. It was narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and he said: What is correct is that it is attributed to Ibn Omar.
