وَعَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ صَامَ رَمَضَانَ ثُمَّ أَتْبَعَهُ سِتًّا مِنْ شَوَّال كَانَ كصيام الدَّهْر» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On the authority of Abu Ayyub Al-Ansari, he told him that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever fasts Ramadan and then follows it with six days of Shawwal... “It was like fasting for an eternity.” Narrated by Muslim
