وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ فَقَالَ: «هِيَ فِي كُلِّ رَمَضَانَ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد وَقَالَ: رَوَاهُ سُفْيَان وَشعْبَة عَن أبي إِسْحَق مَوْقُوفا على ابْن عمر
On the authority of Ibn Omar, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, was asked about the Night of Decree, and he said: “It is in every Ramadan.” It was narrated by Abu Dawud and he said: It was narrated by Sufyan and Shu’bah on the authority of Abu Ishaq, based on Ibn Umar.
